Baltic Creative is a community interest company providing workspace for creative and digital businesses in the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool. From its base on Jamaica Street it manages around 120,000 square feet of space, home to more than 100 companies.
The estate takes in studios, workshops, offices, meeting rooms and venue hire, alongside gallery and community event spaces. As a CIC it exists to support the growth of the creative and digital sectors in the Liverpool City Region, and it serves startups, freelancers, micro businesses and SMEs in those fields.
Space is let on flexible, affordable terms from a monthly licence, and enquiries are taken directly through the Baltic Creative website or office.
