Sci-Tech Daresbury is a national science and innovation campus at Daresbury in Halton, run as a joint venture between the Science and Technology Facilities Council, Halton Borough Council and Langtree, on the foundations of the STFC Daresbury Laboratory.
Eight buildings, including the Innovation Centre, Vanguard House and Techspace One and Two, hold laboratories from small units to large facilities, high specification offices and hot desks. More than 150 companies work on campus, from startups to global firms in biomedical, materials science, clean tech and software.
Costs are on application. Tenants get incubation programmes, networking events and access to the laboratory's research facilities and expertise.
